Big News! After 12 years of dedicated leadership, Nina is stepping out of the Director role. She built the foundation, set the direction and shaped Move Forward. Lesley steps in as our new Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth. He understands the youth we are supporting like no other, has a background in sports and is a business builder. As the founder, Nina remains actively involved and committed to Move Forward’s mission.

On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we want to give you a closer look at the work we do through our Hidden Girls project. Every week, our coaches create a safe space for girls who have experienced violence. Through each dance and sports class, we rebuild confidence, ease trauma, and help them rediscover their strength to truly move forward.
