THE REMIX PACK OF MY EP IS OUT It’s been 6 months since my first EP 2FEET//IN was released on @halfpipe.records . Today the project continues to live on with a remix EP (link in bio) Slide 1 & 2 : “No One Knows” @mountxlr Remix Slide 3 : “Sight” @djadhd.mp3 Remix Slide 4 : “In Your Eyes” @jialing.bigj Remix I discovered @mountxlr with his track Forte in 2023, and I immediately loved his project, his work on sound design, and I find his approach to production very inspiring. I asked him to remix a track, and on No One Knows, he completely transformed the song into a post-dubstep / IDM version, with so much depth and sincerity. After collaborating with @djadhd.mp3 on his latest EP with « Let Go » it felt natural to ask him to remix a track from my project. He turned Sight into a faster, more techno track that I love You already know @jialing.bigj remix ! I’m really happy to see this EP live on through artists who inspire me, creating bridges between styles and sounds, and making real human connections 🖤 Cover: @lucasgouet

OUT NOW: Phase i, Mount XLR’s debut EP. Mount XLR’s music feels 3D: a throbbing entity, gritty and alive. There is a constant sense of tension and release both across the EP and within the individual tracks. From the ambient intro, built from the voice of @sleeep__sheeep sampled and mapped onto a synth, through faster BPMs, to a moment of introspection in the collaboration with UK artist @t.barlo and finally culminating in an outro which perfectly encapsulates the two sides of the record, the EP flows with the precision of a DJ set, its transitions sharp and precise. Deeply influenced by UK music (especially bass, post-dubstep, and garage), Phase i feels both like a nod to the sounds of a decade ago and a contemporary response to them, at the same time drawing from the harder, punchier textures favoured in Seoul’s current scene. Mount XLR의 음악은 마치 3D처럼 살아 움직이는, 거칠고도 맥동하는 존재감을 지닌다. 이 EP 전체와 각 트랙에는 끊임없는 긴장과 해소가 교차한다. @sleeep__sheeep 의 목소리를 샘플링해 신시사이저에 맵핑한 앰비언트 인트로에서 시작해, 빠른 BPM의 전개를 거쳐, 영국 아티스트 @t.barlo 와의 협업에서 보여주는 내면적인 순간으로 이어지며, 결국에는 레코드의 양면성을 완벽히 담아내는 아웃트로로 마무리된다. 이 EP는 DJ 세트처럼 정교하게 흐르며, 전환은 날카롭고 정밀하다. 영국 베이스, 포스트 덥스텝, 개러지 등 UK 사운드에 깊이 영향을 받으면서도, 동시에 서울 언더그라운드 신이 선호하는 강렬하고 직설적인 질감을 끌어와, Phase i는 10년 전의 사운드에 대한 오마주이자 그에 대한 동시대적 응답으로 자리한다. For this 4th show on @moderadio.london I’m really happy to have @mountxlr as a guest, an artist I’m especially into! I had already mentioned him for his work on “knows one knows” on my 2FEET//IN remix EP. I first discovered him with “Forte” in 2023, which got quite a bit of traction after catching the attention of @gee_derrick , with support including @jamie___xx and @fredagainagainagainagainagain .. I really loved his EP “Physic” released in 2024, with the incredible “Oving”, and then his project « Phase I » the following year. I’m genuinely fascinated by the way he produces: a super precise sound design that still carries a lot of character, and the way he builds his tracks : both experimental and very sensitive / emotional at the same time. He also released a really well-crafted collab with @oscar_farr in 2025 on an EP via @dh2.co , both mental and dancefloor-oriented. I’m especially thinking of “Mod Break”, which is still on my USB. For his one hour mix, it’s hard to pick highlights because everything just makes sense, but to sum it up: eclectic, glitchy, characterful and sensual. You can check it out on SoundCloud!! 2026 SSS Tokyo tour recap with Mount XLR, Wona, Paola Laf, cjb95 This month we were able to be back in Tokyo for a short tour. First stop was at DOMMUNE, where @misato_kimpab and @kakigenkin interviewed us about our label and the Korean electronic music scene on a live stream hosted on Super Dommune's channel. Thanks to @ringodejong for being our language interpreter and helping us communicate smoothly. Second stop was at @midnight_east for this year’s umm edition. Thanks to @tyousinkai , @feline__l , @djdjkiki , and @deadfish_eyes who played on the night alongside Mount XLR. The party would not have been the success it was without them. This tour would not have been possible without the help of Misato Uchihata and @balsin_com_ . Thanks again for inviting us to Tokyo one more time. We would also like to thank @1_ichi_daichi for facilitating the interviews with @ave_cp and @buzzyroots.tokyo ahead of our shows and helping us promote the events.
