Excerpts from a road trip through the Mount Rushmore state en route to Sturgis. Sent out out for @indianmotorcycle we had free reign of routes but most were dictated by avoiding or ducking the storm showers chasing us. @mogran was either flying thru the unreal scenery or getting distracted by the mountain ranges or wildlife on the side of the roads. Golden evening surf at Doheny ended with @gteeeee walking in from the waves dragging his board behind him as 4 nuns were praying at sunset on waters edge. It looked like a scene out of a weird old conquistador film flipped upon its head. I was getting out of the water too and had nothing to shoot it with. Luckily I had just picked up a Fuji gs645w and had put a test roll in it in the car. I ran back grabbed the camera and these lovely nuns were kind enough to let us test out the camera. GT did what GT does of course hhahahaa.#fujigs645w #cinestill800t

Having the opportunity to shoot @christopheloiron of @misterfreedomstore for @mensfilemagazine was a huge honor. But even better was spending the time with him to hear his story on the clothing, the shop and his ethos behind making heritage pieces. Items that are not meant to be replaced like most things in our society of planned obsolescence. He has a deep commitment to making clothes that will last a lifetime.
