Last week, we joined the creative spectacle of British animators and motion designers that is @motion_north . Of course, we had to have @mollyheadycarroll bring the 360° Sketch Jam Session - with a new twist this time: the creature sculpting extraordinaire @southerngfx brought along his fan art model of the D-Rex from Jurassic World: Rebirth! Thank you to @emperor_panda2004 , @greatmachinegun , @tonioniio , Amber Sterley, @snudsie , @scooterpengie , @aaron.larway , @alexkellyark , @ac_desighns , @cyriak_h , James T, Sam Cooper, @_motionbychris_ , hannasikorskaanimator, @tag_ftdg , @lidiya.chevichalova and @kteaart_ for joining the challenge.
Motion North is one of those amazing events where you’re just surrounded by creativity everywhere. Our booth was up on a balcony overlooking a view of the main stage, where we got to catch a glimpse of the legend @victorperez_official . @tim_dillnutt_animation did an awesome demo on our booth and the @maxonzbrush team had a ZBrush contest running on our booth all days!
Some people were very tired on day 2 thanks to the fun silent disco the evening before - but we made all made the most of it. And isn’t that what matters? Many stage presentations touched upon the topic of a future that feels unclear right now, but they all had one important message: We need to have the courage to keep creating. And we’re right there by your side. 💪✍️✨
