New exhibition opening this Saturday, December 13! 6 to 8 PM
Join us to celebrate Morgan Hardigree and Jason Kash!!
#GNATLAND: NEON ORGANISMS OF THE NEW AGE brings together Morgan Hardigree’s neon-drenched worlds and Jason Kash’s biomorphic assemblages to explore transformation as both a personal and material process. Hardigree’s trans-affirming figures celebrate the self through constructed, witchy realms of color and desire, while Kash’s sculptures recombine industrial detritus and discarded objects into ritualistic objects that evoke disgust and fascination, in equal measure. In dialogue, their works form a charged ecosystem where identity, excess, and the remnants of contemporary life collide to reveal new modes of embodiment and meaning.
This exhibition is part of Bridge Work, a professional development program for emerging artists.
In Lexington, Bridge Work is hosted by 2nd Story, in partnership with the Lexington Art League. The program is in collaboration with Bridge Work cohorts hosted by Plum Blossom Initiative, (Milwaukee, WI) and the Art and Lit Lab (Madison, WI).

Photos of myself and one of my wonderful divas “The Conjuration of a Magical Flesh” taken during finals week. I wanted to do the classic “artist stands with art in a studio” and that goal was realized with the camera skills of @kurt_gohde !
Install and Detail shots from my show, Centipede Circling the Sun, that concluded last month!
Thank you to all who attended and for the Transylvania Art Department for this opportunity! I will cherish you forever!

Acrylic and spray paint on canvas
20 x 16 in.

My second painting exhibited. The first draft of this was a lot less bright and lush, but I’m loving how freeing and saturated paint can be. It’s something I’m taking from my illustrations.
