More Studio has spent the past nine months working with Remington Matters to design and develop the evolution of their online presence and visual language. @more__studio & @remingtonmatters In partnership with @column.au who developed the repositioning and brand strategy centred around ‘by hand and machine’, underlining Remington Matters’ meticulous approach to research, process and production. With this in mind, More Studio explored an experience around discovery, prompting exploration of materials and the tool as artefact. The visual language and art direction explores the creative journey and blurring the distinction between process and outcome. Our partnership with Suupaa, a new fast-casual Japanese restaurant and konbini. We took responsibility for translating the brand to the in-store loyalty and payment experience, and creating the world and digital identity around it. At its essence, @suupaa___ is about convenience, with a strong focus on technology and customer experience across all touch points. We were engaged by Suupaa to guide this strategic process and ensure the vision was being upheld. With story-telling, narrative and content production, our approach considers quiet luxury and high context societies; what it all means to convey that through convenience, interface and user experience. For this year’s Melbourne Design Week, @more__studio and @remingtonmatters will present ‘Various Forms of Production’, an immersive installation in Fitzroy expanding the idea of human collaboration and methods of making. We’re excited to announce our show ‘You’ve got mail!” will be part of this years Melbourne Design Week 2026! The show shines a spotlight on an everyday object we rarely stop to notice - the letterbox. Familiar to all and quietly overlooked, it carries a subtle story of change. We have invited @oliviabossy @studiokyss @brrrrrrrrick @nicmorgante @bellethierry @georgiaariel @adamgoodrumstudio to reimagine the letterbox, each proposing a bold new expression of what a letterbox can be. Alongside them, 20+ International designers will contribute a piece of mail, the very content that gives the letterbox meaning. Standing Room is a specialty coffee company, sourcing and roasting quality coffees from around the world with care. More Studio was engaged to evolve the Standing Room brand identity. Strategically re-positioning the company with an overhaul of their visual language, packaging, collateral and personality. The new wordmark is a subtle ovation, a beacon across its application on signage and cold drinks. Lowercase o’s nod to the coffee bean and shape of a room. We altered a combination of typefaces in the Didone genre, which are known for their unadorned serifs and casual “modern” appearance. The narrow and unbracketed serifs offer a subtle industrialism to the identity, pairing with the Standing Person Marque. This allows the wordmark to work in a multitude of material applications and scales. Thank you @standingroomcoffee for such a tremendous collaboration and delivery.
