In the coming days, mool will be organising various meetings and sessions around the Trans Amendment Bill, 2026. These sessions will include readings, poster making sessions, sharing sessions, and mobilising for protesting against the bill.
We must respond to the proposition of our erasure with the practice of holding space for each other, learning from each other, and making our dissent heard. All we ask of you is your time and commitment. Kindly fill the form below, as it will help us greatly in planning the next steps, the logistics of the sessions, etc.
We refuse to be erased. We refuse to be seen as criminals for wanting to exist.

I remember, this one time, we were doing a REProduce listening session at mool. While the artists were playing their set, Aamod Ji was sitting at the back as always, near the smoking room, and quietly observing. I remember asking him, "Aapko kaisa lagra hai Aamod Ji?". His response was "Pata nahi kya tee taun bajate hain", as he gave me his signature smile. What a gentle soul. May he rest in peace.

Share the art, Supports artists!!
[ 09.05.2026, 3pm, @moolisamoolword ] This baithak was different. Something about it had the crowd behaving like an actual community and not people who're just there to watch an artist perform. This has never been observed in the past 9 months.
@satsjournal captured this feeling, along with capturing heavenly stills of the performing artists, but that's for a later post.
Thank you to all the volunteers, artists, collaborators and Mool for making this happen.
Somewhere between movement and stillness, Rhythm of Life and Creation unfolded into a living organism of sound, image, body and space.
An afternoon that began with breath and movement slowly dissolved into art, cinema, live installations, conversations, coffee stains, and dancing. Three films, five installations, shifting lights, layered sounds and a room full of people willing to stay present through it all.
Grateful to everyone who moved, watched, listened, poured, played and shared space and time.
Until the next rhythm.

A quest for (self) love!
An animated comedy like no other, Lesbian Space Princess is a riotous, candy-coloured joy from start to finish: an animation by emerging creatives that embraces LGBTQIA+ and culturally diverse voices, on and off-screen.
Lesbian Space Princess is campy and comedic with a biting undercurrent of cheeky and incisive political commentary. Imagine your favourite sci-fi movie but with lesbians.
Film Synopsis: An introverted space princess is forced to leave her home planet on an inter-gay-lactic mission to save her bounty hunter ex-girlfriend from the straight white maliens!
