It was a great and very special experience to get involved into the restaurant at Künstlerhaus Stuttgart for the third edition of "Mit Essen spielen" and to create a site-specific setting with ceramic objects.
Under the theme of "presentation" it served as framework for the restaurants team who developed a special three course menu – and unlike usual, steps of preparation and presentation were shifted to the dining room, to the guests' table.
"Mit Essen spielen" was a cooperation between the restaurant "Im Künstlerhaus" and Künstlerhaus Stuttgart to combine cuisine and art. The dinner evening took place on 15 April.
