Getting a bit dirty and dangerous today with Moire Visceral feeding into Blackskycraft Sunbros. The sawtooth synth fuzz of Visceral sounds phenomenal on bass tones but here I’m using a gentle electric piano and wow. Sunbros is giving the rhythmic chops via a square wave lfo as well as additional drive character. When I first connected these two I got a big dumb grin on my face. Last rehouse for a bit for @tonesmithaudio . This was a challenging one for a number of reasons, the first being I actually really love @kernomofficial ’s design aesthetic and original execution. Nevertheless it doesn’t come in black, and that is what people come to me for. I read the manual and tried to add a little clarity to the relationship between the upper two knobs, because that’s where a lot of the fun happens on this pedal.
Sometimes we just get to let our friends do cool things. Case in point, Jesse at @moire.vision made a one-off Neckbrace for himself, I loved it and asked him to make a few for the rest of you. Most of them went to folks on the email list but at the time of writing there is one left.
Finally finished these little rehouses for myself recently. Sometimes people ask me to rehouse their stuff and then I do … and don’t want to send it back to them. Thanks to @tedbizon3 and @itsanthonybest for bringing these across my desk. The Fuzz Master General is one of the heaviest fuzzes I’ve ever played and it was hard to track one down. The Dagger is an excellent tone machine that I fell in love with. Thanks @electronicaudioexperiments for the board.
