Progress at Central Park II continues to track well. On the ground floor, sheeting is complete, ceiling grids are in, and window and door installation is underway. The level is shifting from open structure to rooms with defined scale. Level 1 is finalising consultant inspections ahead of sheeting. Level 2 continues through plumbing, electrical and services rough-in. Level 3 is advancing with planter boxes, external waterproofing and the formation of internal fire-walls. Along the facade line, @krausebricks have arrived and rendering preparation has commenced. The penthouse cladding package is close to resolution.
@central.park.residences is being delivered with @roulston_ and @moda_au , with @paxpm coordinating client-side delivery. The bespoke 24-residence plan is set around the tree canopy of Central Park, with openings positioned to work with views, privacy and light. Architecture by @ewert_leaf , together with interiors by Simone MacGinley and landscape by @jackmerlolandscapedesign .
As major stages lock in, the design intent is reading more clearly and the next phase of delivery is set!
Refined, spacious and filled with natural light, the master ensuite at Central Park Residences is designed to feel like a retreat. Every detail has been considered to create a calm, elevated space. We’ve teamed up with @norsuinteriors to explore how to add the final layer of warmth and texture to really make this space feel like home.
Construction at Central Park is progressing well.
The Figurehead team is working through level 3, with just the roof level to be poured before topping out, which is expected around mid-September. Windows and joinery are fabrication is underway, with fit-out commencing after Christmas.
