For Those I Love - No Scheme (Live) Thank you to everyone that has listened to or connected with No Scheme since it came out. The spiritual successor to Top Scheme, and a track I was adamant about being the follow up to Of The Sorrows. The video was shot on 24 hours notice, and while it was a bit of a struggle to run again for the first time since the leg break on Of The Sorrows, it was an intense, physical and joyous way to get back to that kind of movement and performance.
