I drove around for 7 hours after cooking, hand delivering the meals to families and listening to their stories and grief. One man said “I lost those memories in the home, because I’ll never get to go back there. I have to build a new home to create new memories”
The food brought relief to people and comfort as they are trying to find their footing. Thank you to everyone that donated and has been a part of this project. It truly has made an impact for immediate relief.
