MESTIZO
(Cocktail)
Mestizo (هجين) is rooted in the Venezuelan Andes, a chicha-inspired drink built on grain, fermentation, and that comforting, lived-in texture you recognize from the first sip. We wanted to honor chicha as it is: humble, nourishing, and full of memory.
We work bulgur as the structural base, fermented and transformed into a silky texture. We combine it with sumac tepache (bright, fruity, lightly tannic), rose honey, and Planteray Blanco Rum, which brings freshness and structure.
Spiced, floral, gently acidic and deeply cultural.
A cocktail that speaks of migration, racial mixing (mestizaje), and memory.
COCONUT CARAMEL CUSTARD
(Dessert)
Quesillo is a tradition in Venezuela, the dessert that shows up at family tables and birthdays. We wanted to keep that feeling: soft, familiar, and unmistakably home.
In this version, we let Palestine lead the perfume. Cardamom brings that warm Palestinian aroma you recognize before the first bite — floral, spiced, comforting. Coconut cream makes the custard extra silky, and a touch of Planteray Dark Rum deepens the caramel into something darker and rounder, like toasted sugar at golden hour.
Same Venezuelan soul. A Palestinian breeze in the finish.
