Anything the mind can conceive, you can achieve. Placed 2nd in age group at my FIRST triathlon.
700 yd swim • 15 mile bike • 5K run I booked this race while laying in a hospital bed in January, diagnosed with three major blood clots, one in each lung and one in my leg. There were moments I didn’t know if I’d even be able to do this… but I took the time, locked in, and went all in. Countless hours of training, pushing through doubt, not knowing if I could truly make it happen. But today; I came, I saw, I conquered. Thank you to the Lord for guiding me on this journey of finding a new version of myself. To my wife @the.shay.way_ thank you for always encouraging me.
