The @soundrunning Track Fest is next weekend, and 2x Olympian @valerieconstien is dialing in for one final steeplechase workouts before race day. The session combined 800 meter repeats over hurdles, flat 300 meter speed reps, and water jump practice to sharpen rhythm, efficiency, and race-specific speed. Val closed her final three 300s in 51, 50, and 48 seconds, then capped the workout with a 2:22 over hurdles for her fastest 800m rep of the day. Using Stryd throughout, Val tracks power, efficiency, and workout execution as training intensity ramps up heading into championship season. Next stop: LA Track Fest on May 23rd. Pace and heart rate may all look normal. But underneath those metrics, your left and right sides can be loading differently as fatigue builds. Stryd Duo reveals both sides of the story by delivering bilateral running data that shows how each leg is working independently, helping uncover asymmetries and inefficiencies hidden beneath the surface of your run.

Not every breakthrough shows up on the stopwatch. Sometimes the biggest gains are hidden in the data. After a full year of double-threshold training, Olympian @valerieconstien is becoming more efficient with every stride. Threshold pace may look the same on paper, but the mechanics tell a different story. The kind of progress you don’t always feel day to day, but the data sees it. Tap the link in bio to watch the full video from Val’s visit to the Stryd Performance Lab and stay tuned for Episode 3 as Val gears up for USAs later this summer.

At the @drakerelays , @jaden.merrick delivered one of the top 10 all-time U.S. high school performances in the 10,000m, winning the invitational race in 29:36.67. Negative split. Smooth pacing. More power in the second half while his running economy barely faded. That’s what precision racing looks like. And this is just the beginning. Jaden will attend Iowa State next year to compete in track and cross country. The future is bright. 🔥 Tap on our link in bio to read the full race recap.

Stronger everyday 🙌 One thing I have added in the past month is short hill strides to increase my cadence and focus on redirecting my bouncing energy forward as my hamstring gets back to 100%. Good news is that my balance metrics are stable and don’t worsen as I become more fatigued! This was a fun data point that we were able to see post race. #adidasrunning #stryrunning #proximalhamstring #recovery

Every foot strike sets the price your body pays. Try roll up drills to reduce your impact loading rate and lessen the stress your body absorbs with every step. Head to learn.stryd.com or tap the link in bio for the full drill program.

Stryd ambassador @nicole.laneee had just 5 weeks to prepare for the @eugenemarathon , and she made every single one count. This was her first marathon since 2023. Her first since suffering serious injuries after being struck by a car less than ten months ago. Her first as a new mom. She showed up and ran a PR of 2:38:08, a 3rd place podium finish, and clocked the 8th-fastest women’s time in Eugene Marathon history. Every mile was measured. Every watt was dialed in. That’s what precision training with Stryd looks like. And this is just the start. We’re excited to see what Nicole can do with a full build! Tap on our link in bio to read the full race recap.

Train with clarity. Race with confidence. Stryd takes your real training data and turns it into a race-day blueprint, factoring in course, elevation, weather, and your current fitness to predict exactly what you're capable of. There's no guesswork, just a race plan you know you can trust.

Two-time US Olympian @valerieconstien is back, and Stryd is keeping her dialed in every step of the way. Episode 1 of On The Laces takes you inside a double session day at CU’s Potts Track. A 6-mile tempo in the morning, flat 300s plus steeple barrier work in the afternoon, all building toward the US Championships. After bilateral ACL reconstruction in 2023, Val now uses Stryd’s balance metrics to stay ahead of imbalances and train smarter every day. This is data-driven performance at the highest level. Your legs are working overtime because your turnover is too slow. Try quick feet drills to improve your cadence so you run lighter, faster, and more efficiently. Head to learn.stryd.com or tap the link in bio for the full drill program.
