We had to say goodbye to Kirby this week. He loved meeting new people, even if he’d get burned out after a bit and go sit in a corner. He loved his walks so much he’d “help” by trying to carry his own leash. He loved pup cups from Bop’s, even though he ate them way too fast to taste anything. He loved playing catch with his treats, even though he always missed because he’d get excited and jump too early.
He was the best dog. It’s going to be really tough being without him. Rest in peace, boy.
Why does @redwombatstudio ‘s #swornsoldierseries work so well? For the same reason we still like seeing Indiana Jones hit stuff with a whip. Here are my thoughts.

Happy 50 years to Jackson’s best bookstore @lemuriabooks . Got a signed copy of the new @joe_hill novel, picked up some stickers designed by the one and only @stephaniells , met a few other writers (and pointed one guy to some helpful resources!)

Final day of @7in7days with the prompt of writing about a routine. I fell off hard in trying to write every day, just with work and life stuff, so I just let that really inform what I was writing. #7in7
