The intricate gold beadings that adorn this dress are a testament to the richness and wealth of our kingdoms, echoing the grandeur of the Ade Oba, the sacred crown of our Yoruba kings. Yet, it is the Iya Iyalode, the female counterpart to the monarch, who embodies the wisdom, resilience, and beauty that our cultures hold dear.
