We designed a high-performance workplace for @lockton_usa , a 21,000 SF suite in the LEED O+M Platinum and WELL-Rated 225 Franklin building located in the heart of downtown Boston’s Post Office Square. Designed to support the teams’ current needs and be adaptable for future growth, the heritage-driven design includes coffered ceilings, exposed brick, penny tile and unique branding elements that balance the firm’s corporate culture with Boston’s rich history. Material selections such as wood tambour, quartz surfaces, acoustic treatments, and glass-front offices bring warmth, light, and flexibility while supporting long-term performance. @olsenconstructionservices @penn_lighting @greenoasisplantscapes #interiordesign #corporateinteriors #workplacedesign #corporateoffice #boston

Victoria is an NCIDQ-certified designer with 10+ years of experience designing senior living, hospitality and other related projects. Both will be great assets to our senior living, active adult, and multifamily projects going forward!

Our financial services client turned to Meyer for an interior renovation of a 3-story, roughly 120,000 SF building on their corporate campus. Meyer programmed and redesigned all three floors in accordance with the client’s internal standards, which aim to create activity-based workspaces. Meyer designed updated lobby and reception areas, break/café spaces, meeting/conference rooms, open work areas, and several ancillary spaces (breakout, hub, flex areas, focus rooms). @revisionarch @norwoodbuilds @wickfisherwhite 📸 @jeffreytotaro

In support of their 2024 acquisition of 3D geospatial platform Cesium, @bentleysystems turned to Meyer to design a home for this powerful new partnership. The result is a 22,500 SF North American Experience Center on the 10th floor of Philadelphia’s renowned Curtis Building. With dedication to reuse of existing building materials, our design is a state-of-the-art experiential office that pays homage to history while embracing the future evolution of the built environment. #workplacedesign #experiencecenter #curtisbuilding

This month marks 50 years of Meyer. Design trends, music and hairstyles may have changed over the decades, but there’s been one constant: design and architecture with people at the heart of what we do. As we look back and celebrate this golden anniversary of our firm, we’re even more excited about what the future holds.

We provided interior design services for Lockton’s office expansion within One Union Square, a LEED Platinum building in Seattle, Washington. In addition to their existing 12,500 SF space on the 19th floor, Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage, expanded to lease the entire 15,800 SF rentable office on the 19th floor as well as an additional 6,100 SF on the 18th floor. The expansion not only brought the firm additional workspace for their growth, but also created an exciting new conferencing area for both in-house and client-focused meetings and gatherings. The new reception area is adjacent to a large open breakroom, making larger town hall meetings or hosting functions easy and inviting. The large boardroom, along with various medium conference rooms, smaller huddle rooms and Webex rooms are all nearby to help aid in the need for different meeting types, settings and privacy. Unique branding elements, such as artwork, graphic wall coverings and a striking backlit mountain scape are scattered throughout the office to highlight the surrounding landscape, pop culture elements, and Lockton’s company culture. #workplacedesign #corporate #corporateofficedesign #interiordesign #pnw

We provided interior design services for a renovation of Lockton’s existing 9,751 SF suite in the Newport Gateway building in Irvine, California. The suite was completely renovated to elevate the employee experience, with a focus on maximizing access to exterior views and finishes and branding that reflect the community and coastal influences. The large boardroom and connected breakroom/coffee lounge were situated facing the best views possible on the perimeter. Workstations were relocated to be along window lines for access to natural light, while amenity upgrades included new phone rooms and huddle rooms for collaboration. #interiordesign #corporateofficedesign #workplacedesign #corporateinteriors #westcoastoffice
