The views out of our ranch project with @work5hop are just unreal. Hebel is cruising along and we are sealing and protecting concrete floors. Trusses will start getting installed next week. Shade will be very important in the coming months.

Many of our clients do not reside in Marfa full time, so each week our project managers send out detailed reports of everything that happened that week onsite as well as what will happen onsite next week and in the not too distant future.
Each report also comes with pictures from the week that are archived in a shared Google Drive folder.

This house is really something special.
Landscaping is settling in and grasses are growing. Can’t wait to shoot this for real in the fall and share the results of all our hard work. Until then, these couple snippets are the last you’ll see of the Ranch for a while.
Dream project.

Long week up in the Ft Davis hills. After a ton of prep we had a couple of cooperative weather days and poured this large slab over two days. 80 yards of concrete in a difficult location. The broken concrete truck is just begins to explain it, but the crew pushed through and we are curing two really lovely slabs.
Radiant heating all over this house, and the @viegallc rapid grid made it go very smoothly. Love that stuff.
Lots and lots of work went into these slabs. Happy to have concrete in the hole. Hebel block starts showing up next week. Will be fun to see the walls start to go up soon.
This house has EPIC views of the Marfa plateau.

The ADU is moving along quickly. We are only 8 weeks in and are getting ready to insulate next week (hopefully). Doors and windows will arrive very soon, and roofing and siding are ordered.
This has been a fun little side project for us. We love working on big complicated projects, but it’s sometimes nice to see it all come together quickly.
Finishes with start in early April.
Tapping away at it step by step @methodbuildingco continues to do remarkable work @marfaoutpost . Completion by the end of this year. Looking to be a stunner in the high desert of Far West Texas on all fronts. Want to visit or host your event or wedding here? DM us for inquiries!
