Now a cornerstone of the North Yorkshire food scene, Dan will present a sophisticated seasonal tasting menu - a vibrant tribute to our landscape, celebrating Sykes House Farm meats and the very best of our region’s producers. Each course will be expertly plated and served, with Dan personally sharing the stories and inspiration behind every dish.

What a joy to cook for a room full of people who truly love food. It was brilliant meeting so many interesting people, sharing stories and creating something special together for one evening.

I shall be doing a guest chef evening at their amazing venue on Friday 22nd May.
I will be showcasing some of the best ingredients money can buy.
I have created a fantastic menu for this, and as it’s my first time at Method I have popped in a couple of extra courses, making this extremely good value.
