MORGEN als tweede voorstelling van de 20e Dans in Ontwikkeling, editie: ALEX is een psychologisch proces dat draait om zelfontdekking en zelfacceptatie, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het omarmen van iemands identiteit en bewustwording hiervan. Het moedigt reflectie en zelfconfrontatie aan, zowel op individueel niveau als in relatie tot anderen. Bij het ontmoeten van nieuwe mensen is het natuurlijk om jezelf te vergelijken en delen van jezelf te laten zien. In het begin kan er weerstand zijn tegen bepaalde delen van jezelf, maar het is belangrijk om stil te staan, te observeren, te luisteren, te begrijpen en je ermee te verbinden. “ALEX” neemt de invloed van alexithymie aan en gaat op zoek naar identiteit, met frustraties en nieuwsgierigheid, terwijl het de vrijheid omarmt om jezelf te ontdekken. Het nodigt mensen uit om hun verbeelding te gebruiken en hun eigen unieke ervaringen te creëren, met komische personages en humor om een plezierige ervaring te bieden.
