At Body In Season, our ethos begins with one simple truth: you cannot pour from an empty cup. For many of us, caring for others feels instinctive, yet caring for ourselves requires intention. That’s why The Body In Season program centres on rituals that restore, habits that ground, and moments that bring us back to ourselves, so we can move through each season of life with steadiness, clarity, and nourishment.
We partnered with
@kaeaskincare for our Face Up workshop at our Wellness Day Retreat, guided by Martha Delmotte, founder of
@studio___bele Together, we created a space for women to slow down, check in, connect inward, and honour their natural beauty in a way that feels real and uncomplicated.
Kaea’s ethos aligns seamlessly with ours, forming a full-circle exchange between self and nature. As we encourage women to give back to themselves, Kaea gives back to the land, restoring skin’s natural equilibrium while reinvesting into the ecosystems that sustain us. A reminder that caring for ourselves and caring for the earth are not separate acts, but part of the same cycle of nourishment.
