Sometimes it’s not about doing more, but going back to the basics and fundamentals of running. ROUNDED SHOULDERS? You’ll have tight pecs 👇🏽 Our Pec muscle shortens when our shoulders are rounded for prolonged periods. Alongside thoracic foam rolling and stretching, releasing our pec muscle with a massage ball is a great way to help this! Find the muscle just below your collar bone.
