I had so much fun working for @screaminmeemz and @jessicavergon on the new Trippie Redd music video āAināt Safeā.
There were 6 of us, working a 16 hr day almost nonstop, to make some super cool fishy alien creatures! I got to make the green guys and then @hannahstarkemua and myself joined forces and did the pink lady you see briefly throughout the video.

Had to make these guys look like theyād been out in the desert for days. Chapped and peeling lips, sunburns and covered in dirt and sand.

Since thereās a couple of strikes going on and work is sparse, Iām gonna throw this old school and share a post from 7 years ago:
āMaking some fun stuff in my spare time. This is gelatin I'm pouring into my mold of an "old hag" I've been sculpting for way too long. Can't wait to see how it turns out tomorrow. Then I'll be applying the prosthetic to myself and I'm sure you'll all be impressed haha. Keep in mind that sculpting isn't my strong suit š¬ā
This makeup seriously devolvedā¦but you gotta give the client what they want. And they wanted basic. Which popped a little more in the dark, but wasnāt as fun.
The first 3 pics are from the first day of makeup. I pretty much had free reign and I really like how it turned out. The last video is after all the notes I was given haha.
The green lines on the face and hair were to represent Hulu, for Huluween.
I had a great time meeting and working with @tayaangelique . @tay.tiger.rose did a great job styling the hair!
I had the privilege of working with Dave Anderson and @afxstudio to create some transfer prosthetics for @katemicucci in the episode āThe Outsideā for Guillermo Del Toroās Cabinet of Curiosities.
But even more curious still, I was originally cast as the creature āThe Lotion Ladyā for this episode. I happened to be nearly the exact same body size and height as Kate. I got to be 3D scanned and lifecasted. It was a blast.
The original thought was that the creature would need to be the same proportions as Kate but because of some script rewrites and reworking, they decided to make the Lotion Lady a tall slender creature.
After having watched the episode the other day, Iām just so proud to have been a part of it at all. Itās stunning and perfect. Everyone watch it! And then watch it a second time and picture cute little petite me as a purple amorphous blob.
Also note in the 3rd picture exactly how much shorter I am than the actress they went with.š Iām not even in the same ballpark.
