Sneak peak of the work from the last session of REEL MAKING with Meg Case and Brad Porter Feb 21st & 22nd + Feb 28th and March 1st, $550 email [email protected] to register classes are non exchangeable and nonrefundable @case_and_porter *SOLD OUT* Over two weeks, participants work with experienced filmmakers Brad Porter and Meg Case to develop and film two scenes for their professional demo reel. During the first session, each participant will workshop a short, self-selected scene (1-2 minutes) featuring themselves and a supporting character to be cast from within the class participants. They will also work as a supporting character in another student’s scene. During the second session, participants will be filmed in each of their two scenes (one as lead, another as supporting). At the end of the course, participants receive edited versions of both of their filmed scenes, providing two high-quality, ready-to-use pieces to add to an acting reel. ABOUT MEG AND BRAD: CASE & PORTER is the open and collaborative combined efforts of Meg Case and Brad Porter, NYC-based artists and filmmakers making moving/living images. Their works explore a personal cinema at the intersection of self-selective vividness, the collective unconscious, active imagination, and the continual becoming of each person through the liberating medium of filmmaking.
