Took a trip this morning to MIR to meet our friends from @big3racing for a track rental. It was extremely cold with rain in the early hours of the morning, so @thereal_problem decided to run it blower only and play it safe due to the track conditions. We managed a 8.680 @ 157.50mph with the extremely simple mods of a pulley setup, @kongperform ported blower and our Meesh Tuned Stage 1 camshaft weighing in at over 4300lbs which is extremely impressive to say the least. This car doesn’t skip a beat and continues to impress us pass after pass.
@_kdperformance_ took his car out for its maiden voyage to get some data, and given the conditions we were only able to get 2 clean passes to the 1/8th. On only 17lbs of boost it’s been quicker and faster than it ever was on the previous blower setups, by A LOT. This car made 1950whp with 10 more pounds of boost, a car this heavy should not be going this fast…. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of these builds and continues to support us.
Well, the Hellcat stock motor record has been shattered! It has a @kongperform ihi ported 2.4 stock blower with a 100% stock engine/non ported heads with the exception of our off the shelf Meesh Tuned Stage 1 camshaft which is daily driven by tons of customers. @thereal_problem set a goal, and together we absolutely destroyed it.
