MEANS OF ENTRY I'm gonna be real, MEANS OF ENTRY are party crashers. Whoever plays before them, whatever vibe is created during the night (this particular night being a night of rowdy, energetic emo music) MEANS OF ENTRY wipes the slate clean and forces their world onto the crowd. The bright, saturated lights, the constant movement of the crowd, the warm, nostalgic feeling emo music can bring during the coldest time of year, all of that was ushered out. MEANS OF ENTRY turned out the lights, froze the audience and reminded them just how cold the world really is. a celebration. what a time. thee legendary @alchemyb0nes has turned 23. her birthday will be celebrated appropriately , surrounded by her loved ones and decorated in the noise they create. it will be a wonderful time. she has earned it. come share in it with us, and thee mighty @domain_masteeeeer @incolor.a , and the inevitable return of @duedither . truly what a time. in these times of reaching higher and higher, sometimes you find what you need exactly where you have found yourself. in this case, it is true. In this case, we pour light on everything. In this case, we’ve been given an opportunity. Let’s use it for what we love.

They say “If it’s perfect, it will do”. In spirit of always striding for something more than what we’ve been taught is good enough, I want to remind you of JANUARY 10TH! The wonderful @tvstation_kz is hosting us and our dear dear friends @deadpeoplepark @disco_behemoth and @iraglassband from out of town!?!? In other words, a perfect bill and it will do… scary things to your fragile ears. Speaking of, 2024… this has been an incredible year for us. Many shows, a handful out of state, our first tour, sooo many amazing friends, laughs, tears, blood, and an ever growing urge to kill. I gaze into the future with eyes full of hope, wonder, whimsy, and pursuit. 2025 will only be better. Thank you, thank you all until the ends of earth for allowing us to be a part of your lives. Let’s kill some ruling class^_^

KALAMAZOO, i can’t believe im finally doing it. booking shows has been my dream for ages and i couldn’t be happier with my first lineup. opening up this night is the punchy, fun, emotive @peopleiknow.mi from the far away lands of battle creek michigan. second we have the powerful, mosh worthy @silven_gr from my home away from home GR. after that nutty set we have the young goats, the true prodigies of grand rapids screamo @snowbirds_band and last, but certainly not least; the most beautiful, crushing, all encompassing wall of sound @meansofentry jan. 17 people. i’ll see you there. poster by the wonderfully talented @jadablake_art this is all taking place in the beautiful @dormousetheatre

we send them away as family. @onewiththeriverbed is playing their last show for the indefinite future, to take care of their own. we would be amiss not to mention how kind these wonderful people have been to us. You saw something that was not there, and took us with you on your journey, for a brief time. The respect you’ve shown us and the laughter we’ve shared has been formative in our lives. Thank you. We’ll send you away with @satsumaontheweb , fine red mist, and dominarion. Come join us, and let these wonderful people know how much they mean to us all. What you are passionate about and love is all that’s important! This world is not a cold dead place! It is still alive, if only in glimpses. we can pull this together. we can do it together. organizing and disrupting your community is not just something you say for fun. It’s something you do. do it. finding passion has been difficult I’m sure. Clean slate. We’ve arrived. Landed. Online. Time to start a new journey. Hope you’ll meet us there, wherever we are going. Halloween. saw someone said it was the worst holiday. can you believe that? I can’t. that would be a wild belief. there is clearly more work to be done. we’ll be joined by @yeahyeahyeahs and @theb52sband . Budget went up y’all. crazy. We’ll be paying tribute to @therealunwound , a band that is a staple of our existence. this is a bit of a fantasy made real. we’ll also have @deadpeoplepark covering Morphine, on stage heart attack and all ! We’ll ALSO be joined by @shhhai_li doing a @hiatuskaiyote set. What a night. It’s @ethan.scissors , also known as ethansocialmediaguy, grillmaster E, E-Money, and baby boy , BIRTHDAY. It will be a celebration. We’ll be moving to town the day after. A christening. vote with your will. don’t vote for who you know you shouldn’t. it’s obvious. there is an alternative. your silence is observed, every time we scream. your silence is observed in the rubble, in the streets, in the hallways and in the fires. your silence is observed from above, and praised below. what are you doing? what are you doing? that is the relevant question: why am I here? And what can I do to make it better? How can I do what is right? Johnny wants to think of a joke.

the void represents what this community means to us. these people, this place, they have been so kind to us. they have informed who we are, and what’s e plan to do when we arrive. come out to @factorycoffee and come see what art is about. truly about. not much else to say.
