I think this is one of my favourite surf photos I’ve ever gotten.
This photo captures how beautiful and powerful this wave is and how stunning our coastline is with all the layers of mountains.
I still remember this session as if it was yesterday, me and @petedevries paddled out at sunrise and the waves just kept getting bigger, windier and crazier. I saw so many insane waves ridden this day and got some of my best waves of my life out there as well.
