Checking in for the Q1 financial quarter recap, thanks to all our shareholders out there. Had a real good time recording LP2, sailing with dogs, and eating meatloaf sandwiches (8.67 needed the bread toasted, meatloaf stays underrated tho) up at @anacortesunknownstudio last month. Oh goodness gracious sammies bodacious #sandwichfreaks it’s #sandwichcontent time again. And lest ye forget, you must like and share this post to reveal a secret super spesh announcement in the last slide (that’s called engagement farming look it up) Sometimes all you need is a little simplicity in this big crazy mixed up world, and today’s entries are paragons of the simplicity industry 1. The virtues of the bánh mì have been extolled consistently on this platform, and this grilled beef banger from @riseandshineedmonds is exactly why. Crispy, soft, savory, sweet, spicy, cooling, an exercise in opposites working together to find a magical center. The debate rages on whether it’s the perfect sandwich always, but when you’re waiting for some tire work to be done at Les Schwab it is the perfect sandwich for right then. 9.553/10 hard to beat 2. While the French are decidedly whack for colonizing Vietnam, we got the bânh mì out of it. Back home, the (slightly) less evil French were busy nailing it in terms of meat and cheese on bread technology. This ham and brie on a baguette from @sloughfood in Bow is a thesis, a final essay if you will. Three ingredients, massive return on investment. If you’re reading this, just go out and get the tools, make one yourself, you’ll be glad you did 9.13352/10 gotta dip it in some mustard for a 9.5 3. These Moxy sessions have felt real special and good for our collective souls. A connection between some truly great local artists and the community is always a great refresher for mind body and soul. The songs have been healing and the Q and A after have been super fascinating as well. We can’t wait to have @masampson next week for our Moxy Music video summer session presented by @kexp .
