🌴🤟🏼 Year one at @coachella — nothing but gratitude. It pushed us, tested us, and gave us an experience we’ll never forget. Standing alongside vendors with 8+ years in the game while grinding through 17+ hour days for two weekends was humbling in every way. Much respect to those who paved the way before us. Being able to serve all the attendees was everything to us. Seeing people come back for the 4th, even 5th time in a single weekend… that kind of love hits different. It means more than we can even put into words. Every order made fresh, hand-battered, never frozen—no shortcuts, no compromises. That’s our heart in every single plate. And to all the homies that pulled up just to say hi, grab food, or check in on us—you’re the real ones, always. Those moments meant a lot. Trust me, we remember every single one of you. 🇭🇰✨ We really bet on ourselves with this one—flew all the way from New York to Hong Kong to show what we’re about. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a real test for our brand as we stepped into the Asia market… and doing it in Hong Kong made it hit different. Truly special. This past weekend was unreal. We met so many amazing people, built real connections, and even SOLD OUT of our signature dishes at times. None of this would’ve been possible without our local ops team—led by my bro Kenneth—and the entire More Good squad: Tina, Yoshi, Matt, Jia, Auntie Aira, Fai, Nico, Justin, Juan, Yoshi, Potzy, and Jinger.
