September 20 marks #BatmanDay, the day fans @DCOfficial celebrate Gotham’s protector.
My first real introduction to the Caped Crusader was #BatmanTheAnimatedSeries from #BruceTimm and #PaulDini with the late #KevinConroy voicing the hero. I still remember the snapback DVD of the first few episodes, they quickly became some of my all-time favorites.
From there, I dove into everything Batman. I rewatched the VHS tapes of both the live-action and animated films, watched the animated series that came after, like BatmanBeyond, and even went as far back as the classic show with #AdamWest. I was buying merch, and my very first Halloween costume was Batman.
I grew up with the #ChristopherNolan trilogy, which defined an era for me as a fan. I even played the games, one of the first was Batman Vengeance. At the time, I imagined how cool it would be to explore a free-roam Gotham, and that dream was partially realized with @RocksteadyGames@BatmanArkham series.
@MattReevesLA@TheBatman exceeded all my expectations. I saw it three times in theaters, including the special re-release featuring a sneak peek of The Penguin show. And for @Batman ’s 85th anniversary, some of the best films returned to theaters, like Tim Burton’s Batman, Joel Schumacher’s Batman Forever, and Mask of the Phantasm. They even had a special Bat-Signal popcorn tin, which I’ve missed out on, but I did get the commemorative cup with all the Batmobiles through the decades.
Just last month, I finally got to see Batman Returns on the big screen. At this point, I’ve probably seen all the best Batman films in theaters.

On this day, 10 years ago, 12/18/2015, the Star Wars movie series came back in a big way with Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens.
It introduced the world to a bunch of new characters (many I’ll get around to later), and today’s subject is the headline character, Rey, later known as Rey Skywalker.
Rey is a lovable character and portrayed wonderfully by Daisy Ridley. This custom is brought up by loads of failed attempts you’ve seen before, but this’ll be my ultimate Rey. Episode 7 inspired scavenger gloves and back pack (because I gave the other backpack to Rebecca Chambers), Episode 8 arms and head, & Episode 9 everything else. Repainted fully.
Photos 7-10. Luke training Rey was the best part of Episode 8, I wish they cut out the casino planet bit, & used the extra time for more training. Especially Luke teaching her how to properly wield a Lightsaber.
13. All Sequel Trilogy characters so far, need to get Ren & Zorii unmasked heads, & get more characters.
14. Rey and BB-8 greeting the cutest Jedi ever.
19. I think the ending to Episode 9 would’ve been a billion times better if we saw the ghosts of Anakin and Luke helping Rey in the struggle with Palpatine. Like Goku did with Gohan in the beam struggle with Cell.
20. …and if the movie ended with her carrying Luke’s legacy with both his name, and his green Lightsaber.
The sequel trilogy is a mixed bag, but I still enjoy it, and Rey was/is a phenomenal character.

SpongeBob is and has always been of my favorite Nickelodeon shows ever, and I just finished watching the new SpongeBob movie: the search for SquarePants and it was so AWESOME!!!!!!!! I always love seeing my absolute favorite Sponge on any screen and this was my first SpongeBob movie I saw on the big screen!!!!!!!! Mark Hamill was amazing as the Flying Dutchman as wel!!!!!!!! And I grew up with him being Luke skywalker!!!!!! And I never doubt he will be amazing!!!!!!! If you haven’t seen the new SpongeBob movie yet, you gotta see it!!!! It’s the 8th anniversary of The Last Jedi! 😮 I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since the most visually beautiful @starwars movie was released! ✨
This movie completely changed my life, from meeting @costumecaptain , joining @officialrebellegion and @official501st , meeting some of my best and closest friends, going to my first Hollywood red carpet Premiere, to meeting and being able to work with some incredible artists! 🥹 This film led to a lot of incredible experiences for me, and I’ll always be grateful.
