Would you believe their story started with just one packet of rice? 🥹
Back in their Temasek Poly days, during a school hotpot session 🔥, Gen needed one more packet of rice… and Justin offered his. Such a small gesture, but sometimes love begins in the simplest moments ✨ One DM about rice turned into endless conversations, late night study sessions 📚, shared dreams, and slowly, a love that kept growing over the last 7 years 🤍
One of Gen’s most memorable dates was at ECP 🌊
They bought fruits, and somewhere along the way, the blueberries spilled out of the box 🫐
Such a small moment, but somehow it became one of those memories that stayed. The kind that sounds so ordinary, yet means everything when it’s with the right person 🥺✨
And now, the same boy who once offered her rice is the man she gets to marry 💍🤍
A love story made of simple things 🍚🫐
But maybe that’s exactly what makes it so special ✨
Thank you both for letting us witness and capture a love so gentle, genuine, and full of heart 🤍✨
At Home - Sekiya Family
A regular afternoon at home where the ordinary is always expected, the mundane together is already special enough. Even through routine and habits, I was allowed a little glimpse into their version of parenthood. To Misaki & Scooby, for Jillian & Matthew. Thank you all for letting me in that day, hope this one stays forever.
to us, marriage is a promise and a choice, a promise to love and a choice to love even when times get tough. documenting that boring day for eunice and julius was memorable, not because we went to the spots that held memory for them but because they dated each other even through marriage.
these are some of our favourites from that morning and we are soo so happy to be finally sharing these photographs from their post wedding session :') also to our muses @puggerfaceyay and @yewdubb , thank you for making this so easy. and showing us how loving can be easy.
(also... were so??!! back !?)

for @yetanotherboringday
I documented the Tan family while they were in the middle of moving out of their home of 20+ years. I didn’t expect a HDB flat to hold so much soul within its four walls. By the time I arrived, most of their things had already been moved to the new place, and what was left behind felt heavy, more emotionally than physically. Having moved twice in the past three years, I could relate. Leaving a space that once held you is a lot to process. I’m thankful they gave me a few quiet hours to slow down, reflect, and sit with everything that was. I would hold space for these sweet folks any time, any day. Being able to document the home and their stories before the flat goes to its new owners felt important. Listening to them talk about what they’ve built, while sitting in the space knowing it would soon be part of the past. If these four walls could talk, they would say it was a privilege to shelter this family for the last two decades.
At Home - Oh Family. It was a day of firsts. Emma climbed stairs for the first time and it was my first time documenting a family. I’ve been drawn to family documentation for a while now. It’s a strange privilege, doors usually closed now opened, stories shared that you otherwise wouldn’t know. There’s an emotional push and pull to documenting families which I’m quite drawn to. I think about my own childhood photos with the majority of them being posed. Everything else left to memory. I still think about the mundane growing up, wishing to see it again. Grateful to the Ohs for giving me their morning, for sharing their stories so openly. I got to witness my friends growing into parents and I’m grateful for that. What a privilege it is to document.
It feels great to be back creating again.

Photos: Thaipusam 2026, all about community and family. It was a jaw-dropping experience but not in the way I thought it would hit me I expected to be shocked by the graphic visuals but was honestly more taken aback by the community spirit witnessed. All I saw was family, kinship, support from everyone present. Even receiving hospitality and warmth from the festival goers, we never once felt out of place because of that. The atmosphere was still intense, a lot to hear, to see, to feel, to take in. Wife and I had to spend a few hours decompressing but the heart is full after. Already excited for next year.
Thanks to @miramisuhehe for all the information, @lynalange for direction, hospitality and being the guide for the day, and the wife @cherylganjx for carrying my bags ❤️✨
