Have you got a photozine to make but no discipline to kickstart it? We’ve got the environment to give you that peer pressure!
Thanks to NLB, we’ve secured 3 hours of locked doors and empty tables for focusing on making your own zine. Think of it like mugging for O’Level exams. Just bring your own photos and zine-making materials!
Spaces are limited, so please do sign up through the link (or on link in bio).
A very chill Valentine’s Day afternoon for some who spent their time looking through @yourlocalnewsstand ’s collection of zines over the years.
Thank you guys so much for your support! Proceeds go to our future events big and small like Zine Day.
In the meantime, keep reading, making and loving zines y’all!
Thank you so much for all the love and support for PPPP! We’ve not been around much lately, but we’re well underway with stuffs planned out for the year!
But first, an intro!
First up on the agenda! A Valentine’s Day Home Studio Visit!
If you joined us for Zine Day last year, you’ll know how much we love printed matter and the joy of spending time with photozines in person.
Last year, we exhibited close to 150 photography zines in a public setting. This Valentine’s Day, we’re slowing things down. We will be opening up a private home library for a small open-studio visit. Fewer people, more time and a shared space to read together. Register on your own, or come with a friend or partner. Registration link is on our bio!
Ben (@filmleadstoanalog ) and I (@hudaazzis ) will be around (or not >.< ) if you’d like to chat about books and related things.

Hi! We're Ben and Huda 👋
If you know us from before, we’re the ones who organised Zine Day last year! We thought it’d be fun to formally introduce ourselves through this new collaboration project!
People Person’s Paper People is a nod to The Office (yes, Michael Scott, the paper company—you get it), which felt just right for a project rooted in prints, paper, and community.
At its core, PPPP is about photozines, prints, paper, and people. Independently funded, we hope it becomes an on-the-ground initiative where gatherings and conversations can happen 🤝✨ Perfectenschlag!
