Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmothers, aunts, and every woman who nurtures, cares, and fills the world with joy and wisdom. To those who uplift, inspire, and transform the lives around them. To those who give, and give, and somehow give even more. You know who you are. I’m especially grateful and so happy to spend this weekend with my daughter and my mother.
To my daughter, who transformed me the moment I became a mother. My world shifted effortlessly, as naturally as breathing from ballet to baby. From center stage to the center of my heart. I never knew what I was capable of until you arrived. I grew alongside you, learning myself as I learned you. There is no manual for motherhood, only role models. Mine were my grandmother and my mother. My grandmother taught me the simplest truth: just love. My mother taught me the more complex one: aspire to greatness, work hard, and live with a generosity of heart.

Happy Birthday, 🎂 my dear Sophia. I’m so grateful for the five days we spent together in London - celebrating you, wandering the city, and rediscovering it through your eyes. I’m always amazed by how much you’ve grown, how you’ve matured, and how confidently you’re shaping your own interests. And I love that we still share so much common ground: memorable meals, books, history, shopping, and the curiosity to keep seeking new sights and new adventures.

So incredibly grateful to be spending Mother’s Day with my mom and daughter, both who have shaped my life in the most profound ways. My mom is a constant guide, supporter, and inspiration. The lessons she’s taught me have been more through her actions. But when the words of wisdom flow out, I remember them forever.
Giving birth to my daughter, Sophia, was the most transformative experience I’ve had in my life. I learned how to truly love another being, and I learned how to think about the past, present and future all at once.
I love you both so much.

Sophia is in the desert 🏜️!! Brought her to my favorite spots and we also discovered a new spice shop on El Paseo. Cooked tikka masala for the first time. Mother-daughter time is always so precious to me. ❤️

Each day during ACTAI Greece was so remarkably special. This little island of Antiparos is a gem.
