In partnership with @adgm , IHC was proud to host a private reception in Los Angeles, bringing together a select group of global leaders, investors, and policymakers for meaningful dialogue and connection.
The gathering was co-hosted alongside distinguished members from the UAE delegation, including H.E. @mariammalmheiri , Vice Chair & Managing Director of @2pointzerogroup ; H.E. Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of @adgm ; H.E. Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the United States; H.E. Majid Al Suwaidi, CEO of @alterrafund , and H.E. Hessa Al Shuwaihi, Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Los Angeles.
Together, the evening reflected a shared commitment to strengthening international collaboration and advancing impactful investment across sectors.

وعكست مشاركة المتطوعين وحماسهم روح المسؤولية المجتمعية وأهمية توحيد الجهود للحد من فقد وهدر الغذاء وإحداث أثر إيجابي مستدام لا سيما خلال شهر رمضان المبارك.

During the Family Iftar Boxes initiative, H.E. Mariam bint Mohammed Almheiri, Head of the International Affairs Office, Presidential Court, and Chair of the National Steering Committee for the National Food Loss and Waste Initiative - ne’ma, joined volunteers in preparing boxes that would bring nourishment and comfort to families across the UAE.
The energy, dedication, and smiles of everyone involved were a true reflection of the power of community. Together, they showed how even small acts, like rescuing surplus food, can create meaningful impact and spread hope, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.
