The world’s biggest stage. An even bigger purpose. On July 19, the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Halftime Show is coming to New York New Jersey Stadium, featuring superstars @madonna , @shakira , and @bts.bighitofficial , curated by @coldplay ‘s Chris Martin!
A FIFA World Cup first, the Halftime Show supports the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, a landmark initiative working to raise $100 USD million to expand access to quality education and football for children around the world. Throughout the tournament, USD 1 from every ticket sold to FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches will be donated to the Fund.
Yesterday evening, as Global Citizen NOW drew to a close, we gathered together for a special moment: the official announcement of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Halftime Show and lineup ⚽️💥🎉 And we had a few surprises in store: superstar @shakira , @brasil football legend @kaka , and — of course — THE iconic @fifaworldcup trophy.

At yesterday's #GlobalCitizenNOW New York, FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Halftime Show performer @shakira shared the news that her new song "Dai Dai" won't just make us move — it IS the movement. She's donating 100% of the proceeds from the song to the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, and for every ticket sold during her shows this summer, $1 will be donated to the Fund as well.
