On display I have works based in the
@b_boyabstracts series and #graffitisculpture series.
From the year 2000 I have the #princekenswift sculpture inspired by dancer/choreographer
@realkenswift - as a response to Italian Futurist- Umberto Boccioni who made Unique Forms of Continuity in Space in 1913.
The Funk Drummer sheet music break notation is an homage to James Brown and
@clydestubblefield and the Breakers. The icons represent various moves in a sequence and rhythm 🥁 patterns from the classic recording.
The spinning
@dozegreen HeadSpinna was inspired by a photo
@marthacoopergram took of him floor rocking, it was reoriented to a HeadSpinna.
On video display various clips of #breakingalgorhythms based on digitizing dance
@ynotism and collaborating with
@tobiasgremmler on animation #breakingabstracrion
As well my favorite drawing from 2005 Shoulder Freeze a charcoal on newsprint. This was early on before I landed on it’s current form.
