EXHIBITION EXTENDED‼️ We have extended the closing date of our latest exhibition “Dust - هباء” to now April 5th, 2026 🎉
MamarLab’s latest exhibition features the works of Algerian artist Mehdi Djelil (Bardi), curated by Fouad Boudjedra (Jidar).
Across these larger-than-life paintings, and works on wood and paper, Bardi revisits the grotesque and the body as sites of renewal.
Come visit us daily in Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi. To enquire about any artworks, feel free to DM MamarLab directly.

Thank you to everyone who came to the opening of Snakes & Ladders, we were blessed by an incredible attendance and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed in the city 🐍 🪜
Snakes & Ladders brings together eight artists and two curators under a single concept, structured as a board game: eight players moving across one shared field, guided by two dice, navigating chance, ascent, and setback.
Snakes & Ladders is open until the 31st of January.
Reach out for any inquiries.
Naso Highlights…
‘Snakes & Ladders’ at @mamar.lab 🌟
Opening on January 22, this exhibition is dedicated to life and its dance between fate and chaos. Here, there are no advantages or guarantees: it is chance, encounter, karma, and arbitrary choice that lead each person through life.
This show seeks to explore each artist’s experiences in life and how their artworks help frame their setbacks, advances, and realisations in between them. Whether through space, physical and metaphysical, or through storytelling, emotional and spiritual, artists re-contextualize what it means to live their lives through every twist and turn.
Discover the feature & make sure to mark your calendars if in the UAE then. Not to be missed!🇦🇪

Snakes and Ladders is an exhibition dedicated to life and its dance between fate and chaos. Here, there are no advantages or guarantees: it is chance, encounter, karma, and arbitrary choice that lead each person through life. Inviting its viewers and artists to question and navigate the realities that arise through opportunities and pitfalls.

You may ask yourself, where do I stand in life? And how has this come about?
Visit @roudhahamad latest single-installation artwork at our space, “Encompass”, a painting warped and suspended at centre stage, accompanied by smaller detailed sister canvases scattered around and an explorative text by @salem_alsuwaidi
Open Daily, Sunday - Friday, from 10AM - 7PM
Except from the text: “Encompass ultimately behaves like a corridor between registers: between the visible and the volatile; between the mountain as geology and the mountain as inheritance; between the museum’s habit of fixity and the lived reality of memory as something that leaks.”

In Encompass, @roudhahamad shares a personal, yet simple question: where does a landscape begin, and where does it end—on the horizon, on the body, or in the materials we carry forward without noticing?
Suspended, the painting refuses the heaviness we associate with mountains and makes the monumental intimate.
