You know that feeling. Every day, another AI headline. New model from China. Goldman Sachs says 300M+ jobs will disappear. You’re behind. Anxious. Need to catch up. But the harder you try to keep up, the further behind you feel. I know how you feel. When AI exploded, I went all in. I spent thousands of hours and thousands of dollars building, experimenting, and studying. I did everything right. But I still felt stuck: caught in a trap I didn’t realize existed. I had 47 tabs of “game-changing” automations that never saw the light of day. Sound familiar? You download a new tool. Demos look incredible. But when it’s time to implement, it’s a different story. You spend more time tryna fix the BS you got than you would’ve spent doing the work yourself. Frustration hits. Is AI just hype? Am I missing something? Then, the imposter syndrome.. How can anyone be an expert when everything keeps changing? Maybe i’m not smart enough to keep up? But then a client asked a question that changed everything: “How can we create a second brain?” That’s when I realized the problem. AI has become a content creation echo-chamber..optimized for views, not results. The real opportunity wasn’t following everyone else. It was in doing the opposite. That shift changed everything. While everyone else was following AI gurus, chasing trends, and saving templates they’d never use, I focused on first principles and building systems that actually make money. 8 months later. $1M. The biggest opportunity in AI isn’t really about the tech. It’s about the thinking. It’s not about following some random Chat GPT prompt. It’s about building systems that think like you. That’s the real money glitch. This milestone is a million dollar testimony to what’s possible, and we’re just getting started. Right now, there’s a short window to break away from the pack. The winners who invest in AI will create gaps so wide that it will be impossible to catch up. The question isn’t whether AI will impact you, but whether you’ll be taking advantage of this shift or watching from the sidelines. That’s why I’m launching Agentic Ventures. To help you find your money glitch. #TheMALIKMonologues

I used AI to scale this business from 10k/mo to 10k/day. And I never showed my face. This was the proudest moment of my career. Until now, every business I built used my personal branding strategy. I showed my process and told my story to build a 7-figure agency w/ no ads But this was completely different. A whole new industry. And I never showed my face. I wasn’t going to tell this story, but at an investor dinner in LA I met a journalist named Bill with 30k followers. I told him how I used AI to scale my company and he convinced me. Here’s what most people get wrong about AI. They think it’s all or nothing. One golden ticket to riches. The real opportunity? The intersection. That’s what I call the "Hybrid AI Framework." Using AI to amplify what you already do best. We found a creator stuck at 10k/month despite having everything: 500k followers, great product, viral content. When we ordered it, we knew instantly. This had viral DNA. But nobody was selling it right. So we taught AI to think like the people behind million-dollar campaigns. Then built a content engine that turned one strategy into 24/7 viral content. The breakthrough came from our most controversial bet. It could have killed the company. Instead? One video. One million views. One million dollars. All without showing my face. We scaled to $3.5M in 8 months. But then I was curious if I had just gotten a lucky. So I started testing it again. I started coaching my old teammates to launch their own companie too. @viny_visuals became Atlanta’s most requested videographer at 21. His content has now sold over $10M in real estate. @ibra_its_him built Senegal’s fastest-growing agency, landing huge corproate contracts with multinationals That’s when I realized something profound. This isn’t about AI. It’s about having an unfair advantage. I started Black Lotus to be the partner I wish I’d had starting out. To bridge the gap so great ideas aren’t left behind. That’s why, for the first time ever, I’m sharing how I did it, the exact framework that will give you an unfair advantage of help you start making money with AI today. Comment “AI” and I’ll send it to you right now. #TheMALIKMonologues

Wow. Shout out to my boy who nominated me. Haven’t been in sum like this since Meta put me in TechCrunch a few years ago. Back then, I thought I just got lucky. I couldn’t believe I was on the front page. Looking back now, I realize that mindset came from doing it all the hard way. When I started my first business at 16, I didn’t have a team or a mentor. It was just me, late nights, and Google. Every win felt fragile, like it could disappear at any moment. Now? I’ve gone from making my first $100K as a kid to building businesses that make millions and helping others do the same. And that feeling? It still feels surreal. I remember when I used to talk about Ms in college—it was just Hyperbole. Hearsay. Manifestation. It felt so far away that it was almost like a joke. Now, when I talk about Ms, I’m talking about my real life. That alone is crazy to process. If only I knew then what I know now, I could’ve saved myself so much time, stress, and wasted energy. I made every mistake you can think of. I tried to do it all alone. And for a long time, I thought that was the only way. That’s why this article isn’t about me. It’s about everybody who has been a part of this journey. Everybody I’ve worked with. Every founder who came to me with their wildest ideas and said “Let’s build something crazy together.” All the late nights, all the crazy pivots, all the projects where we didn’t know if it would work—but we made it happen anyway That’s what it’s really about. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: no one wins alone. That’s why I’m so focused on building community and giving back now. My new mission is to share everything I know —to help other founders, creatives, and freelancers get to the next level. So if you’re down, feel free to reach out. I’d love to work with you 1-on-1 to give you all the cheat codes and unwritten rules I learned along the way. Because success shouldn’t be a mystery. And no one should have to figure it out alone. #TheMalikMonologues

$10,000 in January. $8,000 yesterday. One day. That’s the power of AI growth operating. And the funnel that’s about to double our conversion rate hasn’t even launched yet. Forty days, $140K. Thirty days, $86K. On pace for $200K this month. I took the exact system I used to scale Ripstick from $15K a month to $3.5M in eight months, built a team of AI agents around it, and dropped it into a brand new industry. Same playbook. Same results. One AI video off that run did $800K in a single month. Watching it happen again. Here’s what nobody in AI is gonna say out loud. Most people making noise in this space are not actually making money with AI. They’re selling the idea of it. New tool every week. New automation. Someone telling you Claude Code just killed designers, killed developers, killed your whole team. Complete noise. A tool never made anybody rich. Insight did. The Theory of Reflecting Mirrors is the reason this keeps compounding. Think of it like nodes on a blockchain. Every case study I document, every day I post, every result I put on the internet is a new node confirming the same truth: this system works. When someone finds me, they don’t find one post. They find fifty. The Ripstick story. High Frequency Highway. Day 1 and Day 122. Multiple nodes reflecting the same proof of work, until the credibility becomes undeniable. That’s not content strategy. That’s engineering trust at scale. Growth operators win because they do what tools can’t. Connect insight to execution. Find a viral product solving a real painful problem, build the narrative, use AI to execute at scale. Different category from an automation agency entirely. I got clowned for years for having too many interests. Marketing. Product. Growth. Branding. Design. Now every skill compounds in the AI era. Horizontal leverage was always the answer. Day 122. Fifty million views in ninety days. Two thousand followers to thirty thousand. Zero paid ads. I skipped the Super Bowl to be in the room with this client. That decision changed my zip code. Comment “AI” and I’ll send you the system. #TheMALIKMonologues #BlackLotusVentures

My first project paid me $250. A few years later I’m sitting inside Meta reviewing $300K proposals from agencies pitching work that was no better than what I’d been doing on the side since I was 16. That’s when it clicked. The difference between $250 and $250K was never the work. It was how you positioned it. See, I started my first company as a teenager. Built a 6-figure business on Facebook Marketplace. Scaled it to 23 countries. Made every mistake you can think of. Exited at a loss. That failure sent me straight to tech. Meta. LinkedIn. Upwork. I spent years learning how the biggest companies in the world build, launch, and scale products. But I never stopped building on the side. People kept coming to me. “Malik, look at my pitch.” “Help me raise.” “Help me get users.” So I helped them. They started making money. That turned into projects. Projects turned into a business. And I did all of that while still working full time, using AI automation, systems, and a small contractor team to operate at scale. But here’s what changed everything. I stopped sending proposals and started posting case studies. I showed my work. I showed my process. I told a story. And the clients started coming to me. That’s the Case Study Method. One project becomes a case study. That case study becomes 50+ pieces of content. The content brings the next client. The next client becomes the next case study. The flywheel never stops. That cycle built a million dollar agency by 26. Helped 100+ founders raise over $50M in venture capital. Generated $10M+ in client revenue. I closed a $10K deal from a single Instagram reel. All organic. Zero paid ads. Ever. The age of resumes is over. Your portfolio is your new resume. And the people booking consultations with me right now are learning this exact system. Comment “Ai” if you want the breakdown. #TheMALIKMonologues #BlackLotusVentures

The greatest wealth transfer in modern history is happening right now. And most people are gonna miss it. Day 108 since I quit my $350K job at LinkedIn. I’m writing this from France. Not a vacation. This is the life AI built. Here’s what I figured out before I left. Everybody in that building was waiting. Waiting for permission. Waiting for the right time. Waiting for somebody to tell them their idea was good enough to bet on. Meanwhile, the window was already open. I stopped waiting. Went all in on AI. Scaled Black Lotus to seven figures. Took a client from $15K a month to $3.5M in 8 months. Did 11.8M views in a single week with zero ad spend. Helped founders raise $50M+. But none of that is the point. The point is the barrier to entry collapsed and nobody told you. The people who used to gatekeep building, engineers, designers, agencies, are the ones most at risk right now. Because the moat they spent a decade building got drained in 18 months. Every skill that took years to develop can now be rented by the hour from a model that doesn’t sleep, doesn’t negotiate, and doesn’t miss a deadline. The founders winning this cycle aren’t the smartest. They’re not the most technical. They’re the ones who figured out that the new leverage isn’t capital or credentials. It’s the ability to talk to a machine and get it to execute. I sit at home and voice note my computer like I’m texting an ex at 2am. Unhinged, unfiltered, half formed. The difference is this time something listens. And what it builds pays me. Five years from now, people will tell the story of 2026 the way they tell the story of bitcoin in 2013. You’ll know exactly where you were when the window was open. The only question is whether you stepped through it. Comment “AI” and I’ll send you the exact principles I used to quit my $350K job and build a seven figure AI business. Same playbook. No gatekeeping. #TheMALIKMonologues #BlackLotusVenture

I moved to Europe. Bye bye SF. 78 days ago I quit my $350,000 job at LinkedIn to go all in on AI. No backup plan. Just conviction. Everyone thought I lost it. And after the last few years I’d had — divorce, rebuilding and starting over completely — I get why. But I saw a window that nobody else was talking about. AI wasn’t coming. It was here. And the people who moved first were going to own the next decade. So I built a system I call the Theory of Reflecting Mirrors. Here’s the insight most people miss: Instagram doesn’t want to distribute your content. They want you to run ads. They’ll only show your posts to a fraction of your audience. And most people post once a day, get 200 views, and wonder why nothing’s happening. Everybody’s so worried about going viral but they’re not doing enough reps to become relevant. The Theory of Reflecting Mirrors fixes that. Think of it like a blockchain — you create so many nodes on the network that the algorithm has no choice but to distribute you. Multiple formats. Multiple angles. Multiple proof points. All reflecting the same signal. You stop asking the algorithm for permission and start forcing omnipresence. It took me from 2,000 followers to 20,000 in 78 days. 20 million views. Zero ad spend. I started hiring people straight from my comment section. My team now spans three countries. People join my live streams from Nigeria, Argentina, Madrid, New Zealand. I call myself the Silicon Valley Kai Cenat — livestreaming my life as a founder every single day. Not performing. Building. Now my AI business is about to cross $100K/month. We’re deploying AI automation systems for 6 and 7-figure businesses across the US and Europe. So I packed everything and moved to the South of France. Building from the Riviera. Flying to London for client builds. Linking with my team in Stockholm. Streaming the entire process. The second arc starts now. I’m breaking down the exact strategies, systems, and frameworks behind all of this. Check my pinned highlights for the full playbook and follow if you want to build with AI. This is just episode one. 🇫🇷 #themalikmonologues

Save this rn. Napoleon Hill said it almost 100 years ago: faith is the starting point of all accumulation of riches. Not talent. Not connections. Not capital. Belief. Dr. Joe Dispenza took it further. When you tune into the energy of your future and hold that vision with elevated emotion, you literally collapse infinite possibilities into a single quantum event. You pull your future into the present. I’m living proof. Before I ever built a million dollar company, I used to listen to affirmations every day. Channels like VYBO helped me visualize a version of myself that didn’t exist yet. I got so deep I made my own affirmation track and posted it on YouTube. 50,000 views. Telling myself I was a millionaire before I’d ever made one. You can still find those songs. The belief came first. But fr, it almost didn’t happen. I was scared to post. Scared to show what I’d achieved. Not because I wasn’t successful, but because I didn’t feel worthy of it. Underplaying my wins to be more palatable. Imposter syndrome mixed with something deeper. Then Christmas came. I saw a video about Claude AI. Turned my phone off. Sat down. Started building. That one decision led to 14 million views, a six figure seed investment, and more demand than I’ve ever had. This is also why representation matters. I think about my colleague Clé @alivelikethewind who built The Wind Collective into a million dollar business, showing Black people traveling the world, living free. I worked with him to build an app and get placed into the @blackambitionprize accelerator by Pharrell. For so long we never saw people who look like us doing these things. That visibility is its own form of manifestation. If you can see it, you can believe it. Dispenza says depression is believing your future will be worse than your present. Manifestation is the opposite. Your greatest chapter hasn’t been written yet. Tune your frequency. To abundance. To love. To forgiveness. To healing. The energy is shifting right now. This is your sign. You’re closer than you think. #Vybo #affirmations #blackhistorymonth #manifestation #entrepreneurship

See pinned posts: Malik got paid over $350,000 in total compensation from his most recent job and he left that job after building the fastest growing cloud engineering tech Boot Camp with @tayolusi . this comes after spending over 8 years working at several top tech companies. despite this not being the highest compensation that Malik has earned throughout his career, he took the role at Linkedin because it was strategic to his long-term goals and desire to make an impact. hence his partnership with @Tayolusi outside of his role building features to connect job seekers and companies. Since 2017 Mālik has been consulting founders and entrepreneurs to scale their companies with AI, app development and strategic marketing. this has led him to building an agency where he generated over $1 million dollars and helped his clients raise over $50 million. now after working with over 100 founders directly and working at the top companies and building one of the fastest growing cloud tech Boot Camp, Malik has left his job to go all in on AI. separate from his role in Tech and his Consulting, Malik has also personally coached over 100 different people to help them land six figure roles and he use that experience to build an AI career coach which helped scale Apex and the 1% university to over $1 million a year. now he is taking that experience in that skill set to build his own strategic portfolio of companies and he is investing into AI and the next generation of founders. This job offer from Linkedin represents one of many that Malik has received throughout his career personally as he has generated easily over $10 million of job offers for himself alone —- speak less of what he’s generated for the hundred people that he coached or the over 1000 people who have benefited from the Apex and one percent university network With @tayolusi . Malik joined corporate America to seek mastery and learn best practices to empower the next generation of innovators, pursuant to his mission of becoming a platform for others Today is day 37 since he quit his $350k job in tech to go all in on AI and become the Silicon Valley Kai cenat #TheMALIKMonologues

Desire is a contract to be unhappy. The more you desire something, the further you push yourself away. I used to think desire was my superpower. The burning want for more money, better relationships, the next level. I thought that was motivation. But it just takes up space that could be used to get your goal.

When you want something, you’re literally programming your nervous system to believe you don’t have it. Your attention stays locked on the gap between where you are and where you think you should be.
Here’s what I learned from the book Becoming Supernatural: your attention determines where your energy flows. And where your energy flows creates your reality.
When I was constantly striving, my energy was trapped in future fantasies instead of present possibilities. I was reinforcing the exact identity I was trying to escape, the person who doesn’t have what he wants.

I was spending all my mental bandwidth on the gap instead of the bridge. The shift came when I stopped trying to get somewhere and started being someone. Being grateful for what I already had instead of focusing on what I lacked. Instead of wanting to be successful, I started acting like someone who already was. I stopped asking “How do I get this?” and started asking “Who do I need to be right now?”
Instead of hoping for discipline, I just showed up consistently. I learned the hard way that consistency beats intensity in the long run.
Dispenza calls it moving from space-time thinking to time-space reality. Instead of being trapped in linear time where you’re always chasing tomorrow, you access the quantum field where all possibilities exist simultaneously.
When I shifted from “I need this business to work” to “I’m someone who builds valuable things,” everything changed. Not because I stopped caring about results, but because I stopped making my peace conditional on getting them. My business grew faster when I stopped desperately trying to force it. My relationships improved when I stopped needing them to complete me. My peace expanded when I stopped making it conditional on external circumstances.

You are only successful in the moment you are completing a successful act. Once that moment is gone, the clock resets and the game begins anew. We’ve all met that one person who can’t wait to tell you about who they used to be. The one who had it all figured out back in the day. Running things. Making moves. Living large. You smile politely and nod out of respect. But in the back of your mind, you’re thinking about their current reality. The disconnect between the stories and what you see in front of you. There’s a difference between gathering beautiful life experiences and living trapped in past glory. Life is made up of moments. The memories you create with loved ones. The stories that shape who you become. That’s sacred. That’s real. But when those stories become your only currency? When you stop building and start just reminiscing? That’s when you know someone quit too early. I’ve seen entrepreneurs leverage their past wins strategically. They use case studies, testimonials, and proven results to fuel their next venture. That’s wisdom. But I’ve also seen people get drunk off their first taste of success. They celebrate too early, lose focus, and spend the rest of their lives talking about what they accomplished instead of what they’re accomplishing. The difference? One group treats past success as fuel for future achievement. The other treats it as a destination. Your stories should be chapters in an ongoing book, not the entire library. So yes, celebrate your wins. Share your journey. Build meaningful connections along the way. But remember: all that doesn’t grow, dies. Don’t let your greatest accomplishment be something you can only talk about in past tense. #TheMALIKMonologues

People only live up to the lowest versions of themselves that their environment accepts. So if you want more, raise your standards. Stop accepting the bare minimum. And most importantly, change your environment. Your environment is made up of three things: the people you surround yourself with, the places you allow yourself to go, and the thoughts you think every day. But most people think the exact same thoughts daily. And they are literally programming themselves for stress and self-sabotage without even realizing it. You have to be pissed off for greatness. That’s what Ray Lewis says, and he’s right. Jim Rohn put it perfectly: “You can have more than you got because you can become more than you are. But unless you change who you are, you will always have what you got.” One of the most powerful emotions that can motivate you to change your life is disgust. Just saying “I’ve had it. I’ve had enough of less. I’ve had enough of settling. I’ve had enough of not living up to my potential. I know I’m destined for more.” Until you reach that moment where you’re genuinely angry about your mediocrity, you’ll stay exactly where you are. And you’ll get even more depressed watching everyone else who stayed disciplined and invested in themselves move forward. So the question isn’t whether you’re capable of more. You are. The question is: are you pissed off enough to do something about it? Tap in #TheMALIKMonologues
