MAISON SACHA
@maisonsacha
Maison Sacha is a collaboration between husband-and-wife duo Charles Gibault and Sarah Haddon-Grant. Together they create textile artworks that explore simple forms, bold colour and a close attention to the natural world. Working with Irish linen, they forage and source natural pigments throughout the seasons to create dyes, transforming everyday observations into layered textile “scenescapes”.
Maison Sacha’s practice moves between abstraction, still life and figurative work, often blurring the boundaries between them through colour, surface and composition.
In the run-up to the exhibition, they have been experimenting with larger-scale compositions, exploring new combinations of softly bold hues produced through their natural dye processes.
Their work continues to celebrate the idea that, through noticing, the ordinary can become something quietly extraordinary.
MAISON SACHA is taking part in a group show ‘Shared Ground’
