The videos and footage are rolling in and while I prepare a Reel from it all, I wanted to share this from my runway show last week. I’m just so pleased with this one, as it was the first piece I began draping when I first moved in to my studio. The Blanket Dress is sewn entirely from Up~Cycled leather and suede. I finished it with an old bag strap from a bag I did years ago and then lined in a rich purple satin that I believe is from the 70s. This piece is SOLD and it couldn’t have gone to a more perfect human. See the BTS of the creation in my stories.

This piece is sewn in partially upcycled leather (the black sides) and fully lined in cotton. I added an adorable heart ring to the top, heart motifs to the bottoms and elastic waist along the back. Happy Friday! I just LUV it when I receive pictures of my clients on their vacations wearing the pieces I created just for them. When @skipperingaround asked me to create this piece for their first time to see DEVO, I squealed, as they go down as my favourite and the best band I have ever seen live at a giant concert. 🎸 The Leather Play Suit is cut and sewn entirely from upcycled leather, equipped with an adjustable front buckle and elastic, and fully lined, mais oui. I just LUV how they styled it all as well. Merci, Skipper! 💋You look like the star that you are!

Back by popular demand, I recently created a new batch of The Leather Hearts ~Earrings Edition! They measure approximately 3” wide/tall and I stitch them to black patent leather for added quality and stability with a hook style hanger and a stop is included. Sorry, I’m not a jewelry designer so I’m not sure of the proper lingo but are all created from some of my various fabulous leather scraps from previous collections~ I mean “studded” and “sequined” and leopard print leather, woohoo! I decided to pair them all with The Leather Moon Bathing Suit here that I am in AWE is still available. It’s probably best to say this set fits a size small and the picture has been slightly lightened to show the sewn on heart motifs sewn on the bottoms. It’s designed to fit a multitude of sizes with an added elastic waist on the back, asymmetrical hem line with a swooping drape and train and as usual I have attached wide suspenders ready to be fit to your liking. 🩸Leather boots for you🩸These fabulous ankle boots are so fun to wear, in fact I wore them to a few shows and the cuban heel gave a bit of height to see above the crowd without the pain of heels.They were originally the colour of putty, so I decided that they needed a new life, so I painted them a rich blood red and added black accents. Finished and sealed with a shiny clear coat. Labeled US size 10 ~ I wear a 9 1/2 wide and these things fit very well. Shoppe them during art walk at my open studios Friday night 5~8 PM or DM if you’re interested ~ I’ll gladly assist! ♥️🩸🖤

Flashback Thursday to a Custom Men’s Leather Jacket I designed and created with LUV and per usual I , of course, just had to test drive this beast before sending it off! I LUV working with leather. My hands are made for the work, as well as my stamina and patience for this “fiber.” I can’t explain it! I also consider myself very lucky to have been given the opportunity to work with exquisite hides such as this lux Italian leather. Stay tuned to my stories, I’m currently working on wrapping up my next custom leather jacket ( The Cat Jacket to be a exact!) in this same exquisite leather.
