This 1:500 scale public consultation model, created for @hartwellplc , was hand-crafted from pear timbers and veneers and elegantly lit to enhance and highlight the proposed scheme. Designed by @ahmmarchitects , this scheme is to provide 260,000 square feet of media and educational space, commercial floorspace, and 240 homes and retail, bringing multi-million-pound investment into the heart of Birmingham.
