Cameron Cabot is a wanderer, exploring how we pass/use/waste/maximize/appreciate time through the life experiences we hoard and the relationships we weave. Throughout his "Fool's journey," Cameron has claimed several artistic identities - singer, writer, composer, poet, actor, director, teacher, producer. Can any artist stay in one lane? Is focus and discipline possible when so many doors open and close every day? Probably/maybe. Cameron is inspired to be a part of Short Form 2026 because, by its nature, the show celebrates art/expression in its many forms, honoring artists and their craft/work as contained and magnificent solar systems in delicate orbit with one another. See it this weekend, May 14-16th at 7PM.

im Sluggy and i make art, trash art if you will. People constantly discard heaps of art supplies every day! I scoop them up, clean them, give them a taste test for good measure, and then turn it into something I like. All I have ever wanted was to make people smile and after 27 years of creation, i can say i have made at LEAST 3 people smile!!!! If you want to make that 4 or even 5 smiles come to Short Form and watch as I fearfully stumble around stage for 5 to 10 minutes! This weekend! Thursday May 14th, and the 15th, and even the 16th! It'll be different each time, so you could see all three! 7PM, $12!

Susie Underwood is a middle aged white lady who loves fart jokes, sci-fi and making art that confuses and hopefully delights. Working in performance, installation, ceramics and now puppets, she'll make almost anything, except for probably a lot of things. We can't get enough, so see her all three nights at Short Form this weekend! May 14-16th at 7PM!

Shay is a visual preservationist artist and performer. Within their more recent work, they have completed works that captures the bounds, movement and relationship of humans to humans, human to earth and back again through the use of collage, hand pressed flowers, and poetry. In this time of her work, she aims to return to movement, specifically and intentionally, to push the bounds of her fear and show the pleasure and joy that comes from stepping into something that can literally overflow into another — as ritual, as love, & with community. Check out Short Form on May 14-16th at 7PM.

Whitney Rutledge (she/her) is a movement and performance artist living in the Cuyahoga Valley of Ohio. Her movement is influenced by her background in pole dance, sensual and somatic movement studies, and, most recently, explorations in butoh. Taking inspiration from myth, Jungian psychology especially through the lens of the feminine psyche, and symbolic motifs from personal experience, her work strives to encompass the trials of the inner self on the path to spiritual initiation.
