Shay is a visual preservationist artist and performer. Within their more recent work, they have completed works that captures the
bounds, movement and relationship of humans to humans, human to earth and back again through the use of collage, hand pressed flowers, and poetry. In this time of her work, she aims to return to movement, specifically and intentionally, to push the bounds of her fear and show the pleasure and joy that comes from stepping into something that can literally overflow into another — as ritual, as love, & with community.
