I don’t post many work in progress things. This is an induction hob cover we fitted on a recently installed kitchen we built, designed by @smcreativesdesign . The hob cover was the clients idea. It pivots via a stainless steel peg in the marble top. I say it’s a work in progress as we have a bunch more things to make for the extension. This is going to be a really great project.
A nice run of wardrobes completed today in Wanstead. A fantastic choice by the clients to go with a bold colour. It really works in the room and is so much more fun than white : )

Douglas fir veneered ply modular sideboard we made last year. I’m really fond of this sideboard. This is a variation of one we made several years ago. One of those pieces I want to turn into a modular product but will never get around to!
Finally managed to fit the glass doors for this very special cabinet we made last year. Went to the ends of the earth to get polished copper pivot hinges for the toughened glass doors, but they really sing with the cabinet. We sneakily fitted magnets in there so they self close too.
Definitely up there with one of my favourites things we’ve ever designed and built, what’s not to love about curved glass!
A recently completed oak kitchen of ours combines an industrial contemporary aesthetic with a touch of tradition and Japanese influences. The beautifully crafted design and details feature an open wine rack and reeded glass cabinet doors for a bar area. Large drawers provide ample storage and a breakfast bar to the left. It was such a pleasure working with the talented Greg and his team from Made by Greg Cox. They brought so much to the work. Thank you!

A recently fitted TV unit in custom veneered ash finished in a white oil and sprayed back panels. The intention is that the client will fit a painting to the sliding screen which covers the TV, which in turn is on a swivelling bracket. There’s discreet LEDs fitted to the shelves for ambient lighting.
Detail picture of some door reveals / portals as part of a project we’re doing for @studiotashima and @allstructlondon in production at the moment.
These portals have over 300m of edgebanding for the strips, each one custom veneered. A considerable amount of work!
Tasty veneer from @nantwich_veneers
Guitar making was a short lived hobby I had, and this is a throw back to a few years ago when I made a guitar, well, I made two but this one was prettier! One day I hope to get around to making another.
