Grace & Nick 🤍✨ Yesterday was one of those perfect spring days you wish you could bottle forever — warm sunshine, blue skies, and so many smiles from start to finish. From a relaxed morning getting ready at Grace’s parents’ home, to a beautiful ceremony at Wetheral Church (with the most incredible surprise of a live opera singer filling the space). We quickly moved on to Hidden River Barn where we had the best outdoor reception with live music overlooking the river. Grace & Nick’s story began with a date set up by a co-worker — dinner and drinks… except they forgot to order the dinner because they were too busy chatting and laughing. A sign of a perfect first date in my book! I cannot miss out talking about our very special guest yesterday— Daphne 🐾 — who made appearances in the morning and at the church, stealing hearts along the way and requesting many tummy scractes. The outdoor reception was filled with sunshine and music, and the evening kicked off in style with Truly Medley Deeply keeping the dancefloor alive. And just when we thought Grace couldn’t get any more stunning… she changed into a sparkly number ✨ (you’ll have to wait for those photos!) Stephanie & Ross got married yesterday at the incredible @kinmounthouse , a historic estate surrounded by rolling grounds and immaculate gardens that couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for their day. 🌿 Their story goes way back — all the way to when Stephanie was just 14. Both sets of parents used to host Friday night drinks with friends, and while the adults caught up, the kids hung out. It was at those evenings that Stephanie and Ross first started talking, and over the years those conversations grew into something lasting. Fast forward 10 years, a proposal in Rhodes, and yesterday they got to officially say ‘I do’. 💍 They said their vows outside under the stretch tent, with the gardens as their backdrop, and then celebrated with an unforgettable party that carried late into the night. From start to finish, the day was filled with joy, laughter, and a serious party with some amazing dance moves! It was such a pleasure to capture a day that’s been a decade in the making. ✨ One Year Ago Today ✨ Sam and Katherine got married at @hiddenriverbarn one of my favourite venues and today I’ve just arrived back in the Lakes for a very exciting wedding tomorrow!
