When I started imagining my Office Hours franchise, @neadadeters was on my shortlist of founders I wanted to profile. She is undoubtedly chic, sure, but smart, calm, decisive, and incredibly passionate about skin. As she explained her vision for Lesse—her organic skincare brand which she formulates herself no less—I was instantly hooked.

This promotion not only builds on the work I’ve poured into the last four years (!!) at Vogue—it expands it. A chance to reimagine how we shop beauty, to shape the stories and voices that move our industry forward, and to connect our readers with the founders, brands, tastemakers, and products defining what’s next.
A big, ambitious goal checked off. I’m so proud of this moment—and so excited for everything ahead.
