Reading road tripping Upstate and Western Mass with these Brads next week. Hilary Plum, Zach Savich, Justin Cox, and I will be in Buffalo 5/26, Ithaca 5/27, Turners Falls 5/30, Troy 5/31, and Kingston 6/2, with some quality Quabbin time in the middle there. Cya soon pals.
Sappy happy to be heading to Chicago tmrw for a launch of Justin Cox's STOCK POND. Tangible Books, 7 pm, rang in with Josh Nkhata, Nick Twemlow, S. Yarberry, me. Thanks Kai Ihns for organizing.
I've loved JC's poems since the first he read in an undergrad workshop — raccoon and harrowing arrow, limes in long thin glasses — thirteen years ago. It's been an honor and cool school to live alongside them and him since, in many forms, and esp to see these poems fast ripple thru the water, living water.
Please join us for LP04!
