A study in transformation: what began as exposed brick, framing, and dated infrastructure has been rearticulated into a precise and restrained volume. The bathroom is resolved through continuity of surface and detail — a recessed mirror cabinet framed in white oak, integrated lighting, and fixtures pared back to essentials. Every junction deliberate, every element aligned — construction elevated to architectural clarity.
