@lureplasm ‘Luridysic Heirloom’ out now. Huge thanks to @encephalicproductions for putting this out. I’ve got a few copies of tapes left on my Bandcamp. Like most of my projects, this one started on a whim. It’s a different and atmospheric take on goregrind, focusing on surreal body horror and metaphysical themes. Musically, more dissonant and semi-melancholic than usual goregrind to go with the vision of being inspired by 90s survival horror games and old point and click PC games. I’m finding my sweet spot with this new goregrind project @lureplasm Got 5 songs so far. My workflow works even better for this material with how my busy work schedule is, plus with a focused vision already in mind of atmospheric horror and surreal horror of 90s games blended in a goregrind setting. Will have a full album in a month or so. 16 songs. Maybe 20 minutes tops. Look for a label or self release. Recs on goregrind labels or weirder grind labels? I’m building a small list.
